confidently Can source proactively (not wait for applicants) Can juggle multiple roles at the same time Is organised and updates trackers in real time Is comfortable working remotely Understands speed + quality both matter What You’ll Be Doing: Sourcing candidates across domestic non-IT roles Using LinkedIn Recruiter Screening candidates and qualifying properly Managing multiple mandates simultaneously Coordinating interviews and follow-ups Maintaining clean trackers and ATS updates Supporting closures aggressively What We’re Looking For: 1 year–3 years of recruitment experience (domestic hiring preferred) Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills (must-have) Good spoken English and confident phone manner Ability to hustle and work with urgency Comfortable in a fast-moving, remote setup Ownership mindset What This Role Is NOT: Not a resume forwarding job Not fixed-hour, low-output work Not a large corporate with layers We are a small, high-accountability team.
