Your Role As the

Finance & Accounts Manager , you will be responsible for managing the agency’s financial operations, ensuring accurate tracking of revenue, expenses, and vendor payments while supporting leadership with financial planning and reporting. You will play a key role in maintaining financial discipline and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial processes.

Key Responsibilities • Maintain and track the

agency’s P&L and financial performance • Prepare

weekly financial updates and reports

for leadership meetings • Monitor

revenue projections and financial forecasts • Manage

vendor payments, invoicing, and payment follow-ups • Track

incoming client payments and outstanding receivables • Maintain accurate records of

expenses, budgets, and project-level finances • Support leadership in

financial planning and budgeting • Ensure overall

financial tracking and reporting for the agency

Ideal Candidate •

3–6 years experience

in finance, accounting, or agency finance roles • Strong understanding of

P&L management, projections, and financial reporting • Experience managing

vendor payments, invoices, and financial tracking • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable working with

fast-paced agency environments
