Academic Advisor

to support and guide learners enrolled in the

Doctorate of Education (EdD) and Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA)

programs. This role involves

academic advising, research guidance, content oversight, and collaboration with faculty

to ensure a high-quality doctoral learning experience for working professionals. Key Responsibilities Academic Advising Monitor student progress through a

data-driven advising approach Conduct

1:1 and group counseling sessions

with students Identify academic challenges and provide appropriate support resources Address academic queries via calls, email, or discussion forums Guide learners in

research methodologies and doctoral journey Content Management Manage and review

doctoral program content

to ensure accuracy and alignment with curriculum Develop learning materials such as

syllabi, assignments, and grading rubrics Conduct quality checks for assignments, projects, and live sessions Curriculum & Instruction Provide expert input on

curriculum development and instructional design Ensure program relevance and alignment with academic standards Live Sessions & Workshops Conduct

live sessions, lectures, and workshops

on: Research methodology Quantitative & qualitative research Data analysis and academic writing Evaluate the quality of live sessions based on predefined parameters Collaboration Work closely with

faculty, academic teams, and internal stakeholders Assist in reviewing and interviewing potential

dissertation support staff Stay updated with trends and best practices in

online higher education Candidate Requirements Experience 8–10 years of academic experience , preferably in doctoral programs Experience in

guiding M.Phil / PhD dissertations Strong background in

research methodologies and academic advising Research Expertise Strong knowledge of: Quantitative & qualitative research methodologies Research design and academic writing Data analysis techniques Tools Experience with research tools such as: R Commander Smart PLS Education PhD / DBA in Management, Education, or related fields Preferred: Experience working in

higher education or online learning environments Certifications in

instructional design or academic advising Key Skills Academic advising & mentoring Research methodology expertise Curriculum development Strong communication & presentation skills Analytical thinking & problem solving Stakeholder collaboration Proficiency with online learning platforms Diversity & Inclusion At
