- Own inside sales performance end-to-end - Balance targets with people-first leadership - Ensure CRM discipline and follow-up hygiene every day - Handle escalations without panic or blame - Answer confidently when leadership asks.

What You Will Practically Do Every Day (So You Can Picture the Job)

- Lead and manage inside sales teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets - Assign and track leads to ensure timely and quality follow-ups - Monitor calls, chats, and emails to maintain conversation quality - Coach Team Leaders and Associates on pitch, objections, and closures - Track numbers daily and take corrective action when performance dips - Ensure CRM hygiene — accurate updates, follow-ups, and reporting - Coordinate with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth lead flow and bookings - Handle customer escalations and support complex closures - Hire, onboard, and mentor new team members - Be present, visible, and accountable — every day
