What You’ll Do Own end-to-end corporate hiring across multiple business functions Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs Scale teams from the ground up in a rapidly expanding setup Drive sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networks Deliver a strong candidate experience while meeting aggressive timelines What We’re Looking For 4–7 years of experience in corporate Talent Acquisition Strong exposure to team scaling in startups or growth-stage companies Background in retail or QSR or any B2C startup ecosystems.
