Role Summary

The

Junior Business Development Executive

will be responsible for identifying potential brand partners, initiating outreach, supporting pitch development, and assisting in closing collaborations. This role requires strong communication skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to convert conversations into revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities

Identify and research prospective brands aligned with our platform Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified leads Assist in preparing customized pitch decks and proposals Coordinate with content, strategy, and operations teams for campaign execution Support negotiations and closure of brand collaborations Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue support targets

Eligibility Criteria

6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Media Sales, Client Servicing, or Brand Partnerships Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups Target-oriented with strong persuasion skills Basic understanding of digital marketing and influencer campaigns
