Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Manager based in Delhi, OH, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The CSM will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning project objectives with organizational goals. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing logistics, and resolving operational bottlenecks. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining project timelines, budget, and quality standards, while supporting cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Customer Success Management, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and ensure their timely delivery Proficiency in coordinating project schedules and timelines Strong skills in Relationship Management and Inspection, ensuring efficient workflow and quality Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field Experience in financial services, wealth management, or related industries is an advantage Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and collaborate effectively across teams
