Productization About the Role

We are looking for a Part-Time DevOps Engineer to support and strengthen our AI-driven platform infrastructure. This is a strategic role focused on security, scalability, enterprise readiness, and performance optimization as we expand our enterprise client base. You will collaborate closely with the Productization team to ensure our proprietary AI platform remains secure, scalable, reliable, and enterprise-ready. Key Responsibilities

Security & Compliance

Implement secrets management, access controls, and least-privilege frameworks Build audit trails and logging infrastructure Conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans Configure firewall rules, network segmentation, and IP allowlisting Document security controls to support enterprise procurement processes Scaling & Performance Optimization

Identify infrastructure bottlenecks and recommend improvements Design solutions for variable loads and peak traffic Optimize compute, storage, and database usage Build cost visibility dashboards and forecasting models Implement caching and performance tuning for AI model serving Monitoring & Reliability

Strengthen monitoring and alerting systems Support incident response and post-incident reviews Implement reliable backup and recovery strategies Maintain high uptime for production AI services Enterprise Readiness

Prepare infrastructure for enterprise requirements (SSO, centralized logging) Support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness initiatives Improve CI/CD pipeline security and automation Required Experience & Skills

4–8 years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering Strong cloud expertise in

Azure

(AWS experience preferred) Hands-on with secrets management (Azure Key Vault), IAM, network security, and encryption Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go Understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards What You’ll Work With
