- Build secure, scalable, and compliant architectures aligned with AWS Well-Architected Framework pillars.
- Define standards for compute, storage, networking, identity, observability, and operational excellence.
IaC, Automation & DevSecOps
- Design and deliver automated infrastructure using Terraform (modular design, reusable components, remote state, workspaces).
- Implement CI/CD pipelines integrating DevSecOps controls — security scanning, policy-as-code, SAST/DAST, and compliance automation.
- Build automation scripts and tooling using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Container Platforms (EKS Focus)
- Architect and manage Amazon EKS clusters with strong focus on:
- IRSA / fine-grained IAM
- VPC CNI networking
- Autoscaling and cluster lifecycle management
- Container security hardening and observability
- Enable scalable, resilient containerized application deployment strategies.
Cloud Security & Networking
- Define and implement cloud security architecture — IAM, KMS, encryption, network boundaries, and compliance controls.
- Architect advanced AWS networking: Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN, PrivateLink, and enterprise DNS patterns (Route53).
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the trusted technical authority for AWS infrastructure, cloud migration, and modernization strategy.
- Partner with product, engineering, and security leaders to align cloud initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor engineers and promote cloud best practices across teams.
Required Qualifications

- Proven success leading large-scale, complex cloud migration programs (rehost, replatform, refactor).
- Expert-level Terraform experience — module architecture, state management, workspaces, CI/CD/GitOps integration.
- Strong expertise in Amazon EKS, networking, cluster operations, and security.
- Hands-on experience with AWS networking and hybrid connectivity (TGW, DX, VPN, PrivateLink).
- Deep understanding of DevSecOps, cloud security principles, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong scripting/automation skills: Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and architectural storytelling skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
