Full-time Key Responsibilities Assist the procurement team with

purchase orders and basic documentation . Maintain and update

purchase records, vendor details, and material lists in Excel . Communicate with

vendors and suppliers

for quotations, delivery updates, and follow-ups. Coordinate with

project and design teams

regarding material requirements. Track

order status and delivery schedules

to ensure timely supply to project sites. Help in

collecting quotations and comparing prices from vendors . Support the team in maintaining

organized procurement records and files . Skills & Requirements Good

communication and coordination skills . Comfortable working with

Microsoft Excel and basic MS Office tools . Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Basic understanding or interest in

interior projects / construction materials

is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in

commerce, management, engineering, or related field
