Brillio is looking for a seasoned Technical Lead / Architect – Azure Cloud Infrastructure with a strong background in Windows and Linux environments to drive cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist with deep Azure expertise and strong infrastructure fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design and implementation of Azure-based infrastructure solutions across enterprise environments. - Architect scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions on Microsoft Azure. - Manage and optimize Windows and Linux server environments in hybrid and cloud-native setups. - Drive cloud migration and modernization initiatives (on-prem to Azure). - Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud architecture standards and best practices. - Ensure compliance with security, governance, and reliability frameworks. - Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams. - Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and performance issues.

Required Skills

- 8–12 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering / Cloud Engineering. - Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, storage, compute). - Solid hands-on experience with Windows and Linux server administration. - Experience in Azure migrations, hybrid cloud, and infrastructure automation. - Strong understanding of networking concepts (VNet, VPN, load balancers, firewalls). - Exposure to infrastructure as code (ARM, Terraform, Bicep preferred). - Knowledge of monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.

Good to Have

- Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent). - Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Exposure to security and compliance frameworks. - Prior experience in a technical lead or architect role.
