Position Overview
Head of Content Creation
GRAPES is looking for a senior leader to head our Content Creation vertical .This role is for someone who has lived the creator journey— is a
content creator
, built content platforms, worked closely with influencers, and now wants to lead at scale. You should understand how creators think, how platforms behave, and how to turn content and influence into meaningful brand results.
As Head of Content Creation, you’ll own the strategy and execution of creator-led content and influencer programs across platforms. You’ll work closely with creative, media, strategy, client servicing, and business teams to shape how brands show up in culture today.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing & Creator Leadership
Build and scale GRAPES’ influencer marketing and content creation practice
Plan and execute influencer strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and newer platforms
Identify the right creators, formats, and collaborations based on brand and platform fit
Manage influencer programs end to end—discovery, onboarding, commercials, contracts, and long-term partnerships
Create creator-led IPs, always-on influencer programs, and large campaign launches
Stay on top of creator economy trends, platform changes, and new monetization models
Content Creation & Production
Lead creator-first content across reels, shorts, digital films, branded content, and influencer campaigns
Guide storytelling, tone, and formats using real hands-on creator experience
Oversee production planning, budgets, timelines, and execution
Build and manage a strong network of production partners, editors, studios, and post teams
Ensure content is high quality, authentic, on-brand, platform-native, and cost-effective
Client & Business Ownership
Be a senior partner to key clients on influencer and creator-led campaigns
Lead pitches and presentations for content and influencer solutions
Turn creator insights into scalable offerings and long-term brand programs
Track performance, ROI, and effectiveness of influencer campaigns
Work with Business Development to grow influencer and content-driven revenue
Team & Culture
Build and lead influencer managers, creators, and production teams
Set clear processes for fast, social-first content delivery
Encourage experimentation, ownership, and creator empathy within the team
Mentor talent and help teams grow with the changing creator landscape
What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on experience as a content creator themselves
Deep understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and audience behavior
Solid experience in influencer marketing and social-first content
Comfortable managing large budgets and multi-creator campaigns
Strong client-facing, negotiation, and people leadership skills
A strategic thinker who can also execute
Experience & Background
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields
6–10 years of experience
in digital agencies, influencer marketing firms, content studios, production houses, or as a professional creator
Proven experience building personal or brand-led content platforms
Strong network of influencers, creators, managers, and production partners
