Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales & CRM Manager to handle end-to-end sales closures for premium under-construction residences (₹2–3 Cr+ segment). The role involves client presentations, CRM discipline, lead tracking, collections follow-ups, and coordination with our digital marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end sales closures (₹2 Cr+ preferred) Premium client presentations & site visits CRM management, lead tracking & follow-up discipline Collection tracking & documentation Social media DM handling & agency coordination Sales reporting & structured record maintenance

Skills & Requirements

2+ years in real estate sales ( ₹1.5 Cr+ ticket size preferred) Experience with under-construction inventory CRM tools & MS Excel proficiency Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills Structured thinking, time management & ownership mindset Professional, presentable personality
