Job responsibilities: Marketplace & Website Management:

Handle end-to-end cataloging and listing on our website and third-party marketplaces. Order Fulfillment:

Monitor daily incoming orders and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely dispatch. No order left behind! Customer Experience Excellence:

Be the voice of Kompanero for our online community. Handle customer queries, track shipments, and resolve issues with empathy and speed. Returns & Refunds:

Manage the reverse logistics process. Track returns, verify product condition, and process refunds/exchanges seamlessly. Inventory Synchronization:

Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure stock levels are synced across all platforms Data Reporting:

Maintain daily/weekly reports on sales, return rates and other health metrics.

Experience:

1+ years in E-commerce operations (Fashion/Lifestyle experience is a major plus). Tech Savvy:

Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables are your best friends). Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
