STAAD Pro, ETABS, and AutoCAD .
Support the application of
industrialized construction principles
to optimize designs for fabrication and assembly.
Assist in developing
3D structural models using BIM tools .
Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to integrate structural design with the overall building system.
Design for Manufacturability & Assembly (DFMA)
Support implementation of
DFMA principles
to reduce site complexity and improve prefabrication efficiency.
Work with procurement teams to help identify
industry-standard materials
suitable for fabrication and modular construction.
Assist in optimizing designs for
ease of manufacturing and installation .
