About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Business Development Leader who can bring existing client relationships from Day 1 and immediately contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate must have direct relationships with preferred vendors, direct clients, or implementation partners — not operating through multiple intermediary layers.

This is a high-impact, long-term growth opportunity for someone who wants to build, lead, and scale with us.

Key Responsibilities: Bring existing active client relationships and start generating business immediately Develop and grow both existing and new client accounts Drive new client acquisitions and revenue expansion Establish direct relationships with preferred vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships Build and lead a high-performing sales team Develop sales strategies to drive sustainable long-term growth Collaborate with leadership on expansion planning and market positioning

Required Qualifications: Proven track record in Business Development / Client Acquisition Must have an existing network of direct clients, preferred vendors, or implementation partners Ability to generate revenue from Day 1 Experience working without multi-layer vendor chains Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales teams Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term vision
