Position: Senior Architect

Company: Tricity Realty LLP

Experience: 5–7 Years

Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Core Requirements:

- Diploma in Architecture / B.Arch. - 5–7 years of relevant experience. - Strong drafting and documentation skills. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and presentation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of architectural design principles. - Conduct feasibility and massing studies for projects. - Assist project managers to ensure timely project delivery and compliance. - Review architectural, structural, MEP, and landscape plans as per government regulations. - Knowledge of MCGM norms for residential and commercial projects. - Evaluate site constraints and guide site teams on plan interpretation. - Prepare and review preliminary designs, drawings, and specifications. - Analyze building codes, by-laws, and site requirements. - Review design details, materials, costs, and construction timelines. - Develop design details and guide the team on project progress. - Prepare MOMs, schedules, and design reports. - Monitor site progress and project status. - WhatsApp No - +91 89286 17951
