Senior Sales Executive / Business Development

Prachar Communications Pvt. Ltd. is a leading integrated advertising agency offering strategic communication, branding, and creative solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. We are looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive / Business Development professional who can drive new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities for the agency. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Pitch integrated advertising and marketing solutions to clients. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in sales or business development. Prior experience in advertising, media, digital, or marketing agencies preferred. Candidates with a strong sales flair and client acquisition experience are also encouraged to apply. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively. Self-driven, result-oriented, and proactive mindset.
