Role & Responsibilities

End‑to‑end verification of DDR Controller/PHY (hashtag#DDR4 / hashtag#DDR5 / LPDDR4 / LPDDR5)

Develop, enhance, and maintain UVM / System Verilog verification environments

Build reusable VIPs, test plans, testcases, assertions & coverage models

Debug complex protocol-level & system-level issues

Collaborate with Architecture, Design & Physical teams for first-time-right silicon

Lead regression, coverage closure & sign-off activities

Contribute to performance validation and low‑power verification

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience in SoC/IP Verification

Deep expertise in DDR protocols (DDR4/DDR5/LPDDR4/LPDDR5)

Strong in System Verilog, UVM, SVA

Familiar with industry-standard simulators & debug tools

Solid understanding of memory subsystem architecture
