Your Role As the

Senior Manager - Accounting & Compliance , you will be a strategic leader at the forefront of Accounting & Compliance Team. What You’ll Do Team Leadership & Supervision Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of accountants across different branches. Allocate responsibilities, review work outputs, and ensure timely closure of books. ∙ Accounting & Compliance Supervise day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, payroll, and inter-branch accounting. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements. Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors for smooth audit completion. ∙ Financial Control & Reporting Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor branch-level financial performance and highlight variances. Implement financial controls, policies, and SOPs for consistency. ∙ Strategic & Operational Support Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning. Liaise with banks, vendors, and regulatory bodies as required. Recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost optimization. What We’re Looking For ✔ Educational Background CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred, or Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce with strong accounting background. ✔ Professional Experience 7–10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. A demonstrable track record of closing large-scale commercial contracts. ✔ Core Competencies Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and compliance. . Hands-on experience with ERP / accounting software. ∙Leadership, team management, and excellent communication skills.
