The AI Innovators Lab is an immersive 10-week program where students collaborate with real start-ups on Google Cloud, build AI-driven prototypes, and present their work to industry leaders and MIT faculty. Our Teachers Readiness Workshop equips educators with generative AI tools, Ivy League-led masterclasses, and collaborative models for AI-integrated classrooms.

At the advanced end of the journey sits our Research Scholars Program — a rigorous 12-week initiative where high-performing students receive 1:1 mentorship from faculty at MIT, Stanford, UC Berkeley, and Columbia. Students develop publishable research papers, gain internship exposure, and receive guidance from in-house PhD fellows and a dedicated Program Manager. The program is designed for grades 11 and 12, with competitive screening by top academicians.

Role Description

We are seeking a PhD Research Scholar for a contract-based, hybrid role located in Gurugram with partial work-from-home flexibility. The role involves planning and conducting in-depth research, analyzing complex datasets, preparing reports, and contributing to the development of actionable recommendations for diverse clients. The Research Scholar will collaborate with the consulting team, synthesize data into meaningful insights, and assist in building robust frameworks to address business challenges.

Qualifications Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills Expertise in data analysis, report writing, and ability to interpret complex datasets Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using research tools, statistical software, and data visualization platforms Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant field, with a focus on research and innovation Experience in management consulting or related industries is an advantage Demonstrated ability to present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner
