Job Overview: We are Open for Bangalore/Delhi NCR/Hyderabad/Pune This role is responsible for driving advanced consumer and patient-level insights using specialized identity resolution and healthcare data enrichment platforms. This role owns the end-to-end process of audience creation, activation, measurement, and optimization across omnichannel campaigns—enabling precision targeting and demonstrating measurable marketing ROI. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in data onboarding, privacy-compliant audience design, healthcare analytics, and multi-touch attribution within a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Identity Resolution & Data Onboarding Lead secure consumer data onboarding using platforms such as LiveRamp, leveraging both deterministic and probabilistic matching strategies. Manage identity graph mapping, audience stitching, match-rate optimization, and privacy-compliant workflows. Partner with agency, media, and compliance teams to ensure that all PII-handling and data transfers meet strict HIPAA and internal governance standards. Healthcare Data Enrichment & Analytics Integrate claims, consumer, and behavioral datasets to build enriched, anonymized patient and caregiver profiles. Translate healthcare data signals into actionable precision targeting strategies. Audience Strategy & Omnichannel Activation Design, segment, and activate consumer audiences across programmatic, social, CTV/OTT, search, and cross-device environments. Build and maintain standardized audience taxonomies for patients, caregivers, and high-value consumer cohorts. Partner with media, CRM, and digital teams to ensure seamless activation across buying platforms (DSPs, social platforms, CDPs, DMPs). Optimize audience quality, reach, and cost-efficiency through continuous testing and refinement. Measurement, Attribution & ROI Analytics Develop and operationalize multi-touch attribution (MTA) and incrementality frameworks to measure campaign impact across channels in a consumer healthcare context. Evaluate engagement lift, conversion performance, and ROI for consumer healthcare campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations to guide media mix, creative variations, and audience strategy improvements. Partner with marketing, brand, and analytics teams to present data-driven readouts and optimization plans. Technical & Analytical Expertise Conduct advanced analysis using SQL, Python, or R to manipulate, query, and model large datasets. Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI platforms. Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reproducibility in all analytical workflows. Compliance & Privacy Governance Apply deep understanding of HIPAA, healthcare marketing regulations, and patient data privacy to ensure compliant data management. Partner closely with legal, privacy, and IT security teams to uphold data protection standards. Ensure all audience activation and measurement workflows follow strict de-identification and consent requirements. Essential Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing analytics, digital media analytics, or healthcare data strategy. Hands-on expertise with identity resolution and data onboarding platforms (e.g., LiveRamp, Neustar, Experian**). Strong experience with healthcare datasets such as claims, EMR/EHR, RWD, and data platforms like IQVIA AIM XR, Veradigm, Symphony, Komodo, etc. Proven success in audience creation and activation for consumer or healthcare marketing campaigns. Solid working knowledge of media activation platforms (DSPs, social platforms, CTV vendors). Technical proficiency in SQL and Python or R, plus strong BI skills (Tableau, Power BI). Strong understanding of HIPAA, data privacy, and compliant data processing in healthcare environments.
