Job Summary The Head – Outreach for the School of Liberal Studies will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing outreach initiatives to strengthen the school’s visibility and engagement with schools, students, parents, and academic counsellors. The role requires extensive travel to schools, conducting seminars, career awareness sessions, and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders. A major KRA will be generating qualified leads and contributing directly to admissions and enrolment numbers for the School of Liberal Studies.

Key Responsibilities 1. School Outreach & Engagement Visit schools across assigned regions to conduct seminars, career counselling sessions, and interactive workshops. Present the value and uniqueness of Liberal Studies programs to students, parents, principals, and teachers. Build strong relationships with school management, career counsellors, and academic coordinators. 2. Seminar & Event Delivery Conduct engaging presentations, Faculty-led workshops on contemporary themes, career guidance talks, and Liberal Studies awareness seminars. Represent the university at school fairs, exhibitions, and education conclaves. Organize on-campus visits for school groups and ensure a high-quality experience. 3. Strategy & Planning Develop yearly and quarterly outreach plans aligned with the School’s enrolment goals. Identify new schools, markets, and opportunities to enhance the school’s reach. Work closely with Admissions & Marketing to execute region-wise outreach strategies. 4. Admissions & Enrolment Delivery Generate high-quality leads and getting applications through outreach activities and drive student interest toward application and enrolment. Work with the admissions team to ensure conversion of leads generated through outreach. Track outreach-to-admissions funnel metrics weekly and support in achieving annual enrolment targets. 5. Relationship Management Maintain a database of schools, principals, and key contacts. Develop partnerships for long-term collaboration including MOUs, tie-ups, and counsellor meets. Ensure year-round engagement and follow-ups with partner schools. 6. Marketing & Communication Coordinate with Marketing to create outreach-specific communication materials and presentations. Provide feedback on market trends, student preferences, and competition. Support and align digital outreach campaigns with content and insights. 7. Reporting & Analytics Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on school visits, leads generated, conversions, and outcomes. Track student engagement, seminar effectiveness, and conversion impact. Present insights and recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. 12–17 years of experience in outreach, admissions, business development, or education-sector roles. Strong experience in public speaking and conducting seminars. Experience in school relations or student counselling is an advantage.
