Job Overview – As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will bridge the gap between our technical solutions and customer needs. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you'll provide technical expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and assist in crafting tailored solutions that align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities – 1. Technical Consultation: Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical and business requirements, offering insights into how our solutions can address their challenges. 2. Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings. 3. Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to design customized solutions that meet client specifications and requirements. 4. Proposal Support: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, including the creation of scope of work documents and response to RFPs. 5. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 6. Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions to inform future product enhancements.

Key Requirements

– 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. Experience: 2+ years in a technical support or pre-sales role. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are encouraged to apply. 3. Technical Skills:Basic understanding of IT solutions, software applications, and networking concepts. 4. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly. 5. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse client requirements and propose effective solutions. 6. Team Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales and technical departments.
