Position Overview: We are seeking a

dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

B2B sales

and a keen interest in

compliance and business consulting services . This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the organization’s revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through B2B channels. Reach out to potential clients via

calls, emails, and LinkedIn

to promote company services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Present and explain

compliance-related and consulting services

to prospective clients. Achieve assigned

monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

Requirements: Experience:

6 months to 2 years in

Business Development / Sales

(B2B preferred). Strong understanding of

B2B sales processes

and client acquisition. Exposure to

compliance, finance, or HR outsourcing

domains will be an added advantage. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in using

LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms

for lead generation. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
