Introduction:
The Account executive will be responsible working with clients on a daily basis and will be reporting to Sr. Account Manager. You will help assess projects regarding their suitability as an online study, before providing a full pricing proposal. In meeting theirobjectives, the Account executive will reply to clients RFQs & RFPs and ensure all sales administrative is done in an orderly & timely manner (including invoicing):
Responsibilities:
Support new and existingbusinesses.
Provide supportfor outbound sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to gatherinformation about sales bids and proposals.
Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships acrosssales territories.
Facilitate smooth transitions to Client Servicesfor sold projects.
Educate potential clients about onlineResearch and Toluna.
Monitor project progress and engage in client follow-ups to foster ongoingrelationships.
Ensure completion of all businessadministrative tasks, including bids entry, projectclosure, cost confirmation, invoice and internal commercial reports.
Required skill set:
Bachelorโs degree or equivalent diploma, with 2โ5 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or account management (market research experience preferred but not mandatory).
Comfortable operating in a target-driven environment, with a strong focus on revenue growth, account expansion, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with confidence in numbers, pricing, margins, and problem-solving.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build long-term client relationships.
Highly organized self-starter with strong time management and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities independently.
Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, with a hunterโfarmer mindset and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
