About the Role The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and effectively communicate our value proposition.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

Proven experience in field sales or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

Pay range and compensation package The salary for this position ranges from INR 3.2 - 4.2 LPA + Unlimited Incentives, depending on experience, plus commission and benefits.
