• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SPM modules (Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Financial Planning). • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Develop and customize workflows, forms, and dashboards within the SPM suite. • Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITBM) and external systems as needed
