compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team handling international banking customer support. Ensure strict adherence to AML/KYC guidelines and regulatory requirements. Monitor daily operations, resolve escalations, and drive process efficiency. Collaborate with compliance and quality teams to close gaps and maintain audit readiness. Deliver performance insights and support continuous improvement initiatives. ✅ Requirements Prior experience in international banking processes with AML/KYC exposure.
