Legal Executive

Position Name - Legal Executive Location -Mumbai Experience Range - 5-7 Years

Mandatory Requirement: 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in AMC / Financial Services Strong understanding of SEBI Regulations and Companies Act Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple contracts in a fast-paced regulatory environment

Job Roles and Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to Mutual Fund / AMC operations Handling Investment Management Agreements (IMA), Distribution Agreements, RTA agreements, Custodian agreements, and Vendor contracts Reviewing marketing and distribution documentation from a legal perspective Ensuring compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations, Mutual Fund Regulations, and other applicable laws Coordinating with Compliance, Operations, Sales, and Investment teams for contract finalisation Identifying legal risks and providing mitigation strategies Supporting in regulatory responses, due diligence, and internal audits Maintaining contract repository and tracking renewals / amendments

Qualification and Experience: LLB / LLM qualification
