ServiceNow QA-Sr.Tester Job Title ServiceNow QA-Sr.Tester Role We are looking for ServiceNow Sr.Tester-QA, who can work as a ServiceNow Platform Expert to fulfill role as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and Integrations. Having experience on ServiceNow Platform Configuration, Maintenance and Testing Background Role is expected to lead the Project from A-Z and be a trusted advisor to customer Key Skills We are looking for candidates with below skills Job Description - 7+ Years of professional technical experience in End-End Project Testing Process. 5-6 years of Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform Configuration, Maintenance and Testing Strong knowledge with ServiceNow platform & modules Strong exposure of ITSM, ITAM & ITOM Processes Experience implementing ATF and setting up test scripts within ServiceNow Work within Agile software development process and play a key role in release quality. Perform test validation on proposed changes Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools Ability to create, execute and maintain scripts and tools for various testing frameworks Excellent knowledge on scripting & automation Understanding of configuration and testing of CMDB Strong hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services Experience with Angular JS and Glide Basic development knowledge of ServiceNow development components such as ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc. Experience with WMI, SSH, SNMP, PowerShell, REST, SOAP, and JavaScript Experience working with LDAP, Active Directory, and SUDO a plus Analyze test requirements, and design and execute tests. Typical tests may include system testing, user acceptance testing, performance testing,, security testing and/or test automation, Develop, update and maintain testing standards and procedures. Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans, Work with the application team and/or client to resolve any issues that arise in the testing process. 2-3 years of experience in a testing environment Knowledge of at least one test tool Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated work group by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work together as a team Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Excellent oral and written communication skills.
