Production Manager

Plan, organize, and control complete production operations in the fastener manufacturing unit. Ensure timely production of bolts, nuts, screws, and other fasteners as per quality standards. Monitor forging, threading, heat treatment, and finishing processes. Optimize machine utilization and improve productivity on shop floor. Implement production planning as per PPC schedule and delivery timelines. Ensure adherence to quality standards and coordinate with QA team. Control production costs, minimize wastage, and improve efficiency. Lead and supervise shop floor manpower and shift operations. Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies. Prepare daily production reports and MIS for management review.

Requirements: 5–10 years of experience in

Fastner Manufacturing Industry

only. Strong knowledge of cold forging, threading, and heat treatment processes. Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and production targets. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Salary up 60 K per month negotiable based on experience and current salary.
