Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Managing Directorโs calendar, appointments, and travel itineraries.
2. Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
3. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
4. Maintain filing systems and handle confidential information with discretion.
5. Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and partners.
6.Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables to support strategic initiatives.
7.Provide research and briefing materials for decision-making.
8. Organize domestic and international travel, including visas and accommodations.
9. Support in planning and executing corporate events and conferences.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Bachelorโs degree.
2.Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and local language if needed).
4.Training or certification in executive assistance, office administration, or corporate communication is a plus.
5. 3โ5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, or in a similar administrative role. 6.Prior exposure to working with senior leadership or C-suite executives.
7.Experience handling confidential information and managing complex schedules.
8. Background in event coordination or corporate communications is beneficial
