Master ’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in the retail or multi-site industry.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to travel upto 2 (7 to 10 days) weeks within the region.
1.Talent Acquisition – Ensuring Manpower Onboard as per the approved budget and hiring new
positions / replacements within TAT.
2. Implementing Performance Appraisal by ensuring adherence of policy and process within
timelines.
3.Executing all Employee Engagement Initiatives as per plan and within time lines.
4.Adherence to governance (Confirmation, Transfers, Attendance, F&F and Polices) as per
quality procedure and process
5.Managing Business Relationship with the all Business Verticals/ Departments /Group
Companies
6.Adhering Statutory HR Compliance and Ontime closure of all Disciplinary matters in the
State. State HR will be HR Regional Committee member for all Disciplinary matters
7.Conducting CSR Activities as per the CSR calendar with the targeted employee partcipation.
8.Regular branch visits for employee engagements, business requirements and employee
connect.
9.Ensure the execution of all L&D initiates for the state.
10.Ensuring timely reporting on HR Activities.
