Job Summary

The Zonal Head is responsible for leading and managing all business activities for DMT, AEPS, and Micro ATM services within the assigned zone. The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding the distribution network, ensuring operational excellence, managing compliance, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Growth & Revenue - Achieve zonal targets for transaction volume and revenue for DMT, AEPS, and Micro ATM. - Develop and execute zonal sales strategies and business plans. - Expand market presence in rural and semi-urban areas. - Channel & Partner Management - Build and manage relationships with Super Distributors, Distributors, and Retailers. - Ensure partner onboarding, activation, and retention. - Monitor partner performance and resolve disputes. - Ensure smooth operations for DMT, AEPS, and Micro ATM services. - Manage settlement, float, and transaction failure resolution. - Ensure service level compliance and timely issue resolution.

Risk & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to RBI, NPCI, UIDAI, and company policies. - Monitor fraud, chargebacks, and suspicious transactions. - Conduct audits and ensure KYC/AML compliance. - Team Leadership - Lead and mentor zonal sales and operations teams. - Set performance targets and conduct regular reviews. - Drive training, motivation, and productivity improvement.

Reporting & Analytics

- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly MIS reports. - Analyze business performance and implement corrective actions. - Forecast growth and plan resources accordingly.

Key Skills

- Strong understanding of DMT, AEPS, and Micro ATM. - Channel sales and distribution management - Risk and compliance management. - Data-driven decision-making. - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in field and manage extensive travel

Experience & Qualifications

- Graduate / MBA preferred - 5-8 years of experience in Fintech / Payments / Banking / NBFC - Proven experience in managing large distribution networks - Strong track record in achieving business targets
