Key Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture Leadership Develop and maintain the

enterprise architecture blueprint

covering applications, integration, data, security, and infrastructure. Define and standardize the

enterprise tech stack

across backend, UI, and integration layers. Champion

open-source adoption

where it offers business and technology advantages. Generative AI Solutioning Architect

enterprise-grade Generative AI

solutions using both

cloud-native

and

open-source AI frameworks

(Hugging Face, LangChain, LLaMA, Haystack). Implement

RAG pipelines

, model fine-tuning, and AI integration into existing enterprise systems. Integrate AI capabilities with existing tech stack through APIs and microservices. UI & Backend Technology Strategy Define and guide adoption of modern

backend technologies

: Java/Spring Boot, Angular, GO Lang, Python Define

frontend/UI stack

standards: Angular, React, Vue.Js, Web Components. Ensure integration best practices for REST, GraphQL, and event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). DevOps best practices Open Source Technology Leadership Drive adoption of

open-source platforms

for AI, integration, and development frameworks. Oversee governance, licensing compliance, and lifecycle management for open-source usage. Governance & Compliance Establish enterprise AI governance frameworks Define policies for secure and compliant use of enterprise and open-source software. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business leaders, product managers, and engineering teams to align architecture with strategy. Mentor teams in enterprise architecture, AI, and open-source technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field. Experience: 15+ years in IT, with 10+ years in enterprise architecture. 3+ years in

Generative AI / LLM solutioning

with hands-on project delivery. Proven

hands-on

work in enterprise backend and UI development. Technical Expertise: Enterprise architecture frameworks (

TOGAF, Zachman, FEAF

). Backend:

Java/Spring Boot, .NET Core, Node.Js, Python

. UI:

Angular, React, Vue.Js

. AI/ML: Hugging Face, LangChain, LLaMA, Haystack. Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra), Vector DBs (Milvus, Weaviate, FAISS). Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP. Integration: REST, GraphQL, Kafka, RabbitMQ, API Gateway. Soft Skills:

Strong leadership, solution design, and communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications Multi-modal AI (text, image, audio, video) experience. MLOps and DevOps with open-source tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Jenkins, ArgoCD). Contributions to enterprise or open-source architecture frameworks.
