Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Hotel Sales Manager. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales to meet targets. The role includes providing exceptional customer service to clients. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance sales efforts and achieve business objectives will also be a key aspect of this position.

Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve targets and manage client relationships. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
