Key Responsibilities
Establish a structured proactive proposal framework and governance
Convert delivery insights into commercially viable proposals
Identify adoption gaps, inefficiencies, and AI/automation opportunities
Orchestrate cross-functional teams to develop aligned solutions
Ensure proposal quality, ROI articulation, and executive storytelling
Drive proposal pipeline, tracking, and forecasting metrics
Qualifications & Experience
15+ years in enterprise tech consulting, pre-sales, solution architecture, or growth strategy
Strong commercial acumen with large deal/proposal experience
Proven cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence
Experience in digital transformation and enterprise clients
ServiceNow platform understanding; AI exposure preferred
Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills
Success Metrics
Proactive pipeline and expansion revenue generated
Win rate of insight-led proposals
Cross-sell/upsell growth in existing accounts
Margin and value realization improvement
