Job Purpose -
To acquire and onboard new Anchor corporates for the Supply Chain Finance business at Godrej Finance Ltd. The role is responsible for driving anchor-led business growth by building strategic partnerships, enabling end-to-end onboarding, and ensuring adoption of SCF solutions across the value chain.
Role - Anchor Acquisition & Onboarding
Identify prospective anchor corporate across priority industries (IT Peripherals, Metals, Manufacturing, Retail, Auto, etc.).
Create a robust sales funnel to drive anchor acquisition through networking, corporate outreach, and industry connects.
Lead end-to-end anchor onboarding including due diligence, documentation, and agreement closure.
Partner with credit, risk, and product teams to design SCF programs tailored to each anchor.
Feed the channel sales team with leads (dealers/vendors) from Anchor corporates.
Deliver disbursement and AUM growth targets through anchor-led ecosystems.
Support cross-sell of vendor/dealer financing solutions.
Travel and meet Anchor corporates regularly at their base locations.
Relationship Management
Build strong CXO-level relationships with anchors and nurture long-term partnerships.
Act as a key point of contact for anchors and their ecosystem stakeholders.
Conduct periodic reviews with anchors to evaluate program performance.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk frameworks during onboarding.
Ensure sustainable portfolio quality in coordination with credit and collections teams.
Maintain MIS, dashboards, and reports for management review.
Qualification & experience -
MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing) from top institutions.
6โ8 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Anchor Acquisition, or Business Development within Banking, NBFC, or Fintech.
Prior experience in Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital, Trade Finance, or B2B ecosystem lending.
Strong understanding of corporate supply chains, vendor-dealer ecosystems, and financing structures.
Exposure to digital SCF platforms preferred.
