Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President at NG7 Security & Surveillance Pvt Ltd, located in Delhi, India. The Vice President will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business plans, overseeing daily operations, leading teams, ensuring profitability, and building strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include driving business growth, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and inspire a high-performing team Strategic planning and business development expertise to establish and achieve organizational goals Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to grow the business Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Experience in the security and surveillance industry or related fields is a strong advantage Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Analytical skills to assess business performance and implement improvements Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage complex projects efficiently
