Lead Generation Specialist

Job Overview

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to convert opportunities into meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads for bookkeeping, accounting, and CFO services - Source leads through online freelancing platforms, LinkedIn, email outreach, and online research - Identify client requirements and evaluate service fit - Maintain accurate lead data, follow-ups, and status in tracking sheets or CRM - Share qualified leads with the sales team in a timely manner - Support email campaigns and follow-up outreach - Ensure data accuracy and regular reporting

Tools & Platforms

- Upwork and other freelancing platforms (mandatory) - Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) - LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator - Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools - CRM or lead-tracking tools

Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or business development - Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) - Quick response rate to client messages and inquiries - Strong research, data management, and organizational skills - Ability to understand US client requirements and service needs - Self-driven, detail-oriented, and process-focused - Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or B2B services is an added advantage

Work Schedule Requirement

- Early hours availability required: 3:00 AM – 7:00 AM IST - Comfortable working with US clients and time zones
