We are hiring an experienced social media Marketing & Operations Executive to support multiple business brands. This is a full-time remote position and the candidate should be available during US day time office hours.
Prefer someone from Andhra Pradesh or Telangana but this is not mandatory
Advanced video editing skills and graphic editing skills is a must
A portfolio link to previous verifiable work is a must. Answers such as previous work is confidential is not acceptable.
Using AI tools is ok but solely depending on AI tools for each task without editing skills is not acceptable. Understand that we can also simply subscribe to AI tools to generate content and no need to hire anyone for this position. So, only apply if you understand that hand-on advanced editing skills and content creation skills are required for this job.
Responsibilities
Create, edit, and publish YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook content across multiple brand pages.
Manage content calendars, research trends, write scripts, and track performance.
Handle administrative tasks: data entry, research, email management, and project coordination.
Perform accounting responsibilities: invoicing, payment tracking, bookkeeping, expense categorization, and reporting (QuickBooks/Xero/Zoho).
Use tools including Canva, CapCut, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, ClickUp/Trello/Monday.
Join online meetings with camera on and communicate fluently in English.
Requirements
Prior experience in social media marketing, social media content creation, and remote operations work.
Strong English communication skills.
Solid accounting knowledge and hands-on experience.
Must provide portfolio and resume with application.
Salary: INR 4,00,000 per annum.
