About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Paraplanner to support our advisory team in delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes, ensuring financial plans and investment strategies are accurate, well-documented, and client-ready. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial plans (retirement, tax, insurance, estate). Support investment research, portfolio modeling, and performance reporting. Assist with client meeting materials, documentation, and follow-up actions. Maintain compliance standards and accurate client records. Coordinate with custodians and providers, ensuring smooth operations. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory support. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field preferred. Familiarity with financial planning software (eMoney, RightCapital, etc.) and Excel. Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and clear communication skills. CFP coursework or Series 65 is a plus (or willingness to pursue).
