Role Overview
As a
Business Development Executive (BDE)
, you will be the first point of contact for individuals interested in our courses and services. This role combines elements of
client engagement, program guidance, content coordination, and relationship nurturing.
You will help clients make informed decisions, guide them through the integration process, and ensure a seamless experience throughout their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support content and plans across various channels/platforms.
Engage and nurture relationships with clients, guiding them through courses and their progression.
Coordinate with clients on submissions, assignments, and program requirements.
Understand client needs and ensure smooth communication and coordination.
Guide clients to make informed enrollment decisions aligned with their goals.
Maintain, update, and organize client databases regularly.
Contribute to outlining design and peer content for course marketing initiatives.
Moderate and support the integration process of new clients.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Excellent communication and articulation skills (verbal & written).
High attention to detail with a fact-based, analytical approach.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Interest in
research, content development, psychology, or personal growth.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage client relationships effectively.
