Role Overview

Spectral Consultants is hiring for a global multinational company for an experienced CFIN Order-to-Cash (O2C) Solution Lead.

This role involves owning end-to-end O2C processes within a Central Finance (CFIN) landscape, leading solution architects, and driving system optimization, automation, and continuous improvement across global finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of O2C Solution Architects - Own end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes (Order Management, Billing, AR, Collections) - Configure, optimize, and support CFIN O2C solutions - Partner with Finance, IT, Architecture, and external vendors - Drive automation, process improvements, and system enhancements - Lead upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations - Ensure compliance, quality assurance, testing, and documentation - Resolve complex system issues and manage escalations - Track KPIs and present performance insights to senior stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R2R, P2P, Tax, Data, Technical)

Required Skills & Experience

- 9–15 years of experience in O2C process management - Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA & Central Finance (CFIN) - Proven leadership experience managing functional or solution teams - Deep understanding of Credit Management, AR, Collections, Billing - Experience with CFIN integration from source systems - Knowledge of Down Payments, Project Cash Flow, Global Provisioning rules - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Experience leading multiple initiatives and managing priorities - Exposure to vendor and third-party solution management

Education & Certifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science, or related field - SAP certifications in O2C / S/4HANA / CFIN preferred
