The role: Working remotely with a team of consultants on the ground in Tokyo Identify, engage, and match top professionals with the right opportunities. Conduct thorough candidate assessments and qualification processes in both English and Japanese. Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring successful placements. Collaborate with senior consultants and account managers to ensure alignment with client specifications and project timelines along with contribute to team success.

About You: Fluent Japanese and good understanding of Japanese work culture You enjoy networking via phone calls and online VC calls Good understanding of recruitment technologies and enablers including Linkedin Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standards.
