QA Analyst/Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA professional.

The ideal candidate will design and execute both manual and automated tests, collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability. Perform manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory, UI/UX) and automated testing (smoke, regression, API, integration) as appropriate. Identify, document, and track defects; work with engineers to reproduce, prioritize, and verify fixes. Create and maintain test data, test environments, and test automation frameworks as needed. Support CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated tests and ensuring smooth release cycles. Create and maintain clear documentation including test plans, test results, and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience in software quality assurance across web, mobile, or backend systems. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and lifecycle (Agile/Scrum, DevOps). Proficiency with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr) and knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a plus. Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST, SOAP) and basic programming/scripting for test automation is a plus. Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-have Experience with performance/load testing (e.g., JMeter, Locust). Familiarity with SQL and data validation.
