Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Travel Product Head with strong expertise in designing international and domestic tour packages. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating itineraries, negotiating with global DMCs, and developing competitive travel products. This role will play a key part in expanding our international destination portfolio and domestic tour offerings.

Key Destination Expertise Required Experience in developing travel products for: • Balkans • Russia • Japan • Kenya • Vietnam • China • Far East destinations • Asian countries • Domestic India tour products

Key Responsibilities ✔ Develop and design international & domestic holiday packages (FIT & GIT) ✔ Build detailed itineraries, costing, and package structures ✔ Manage global DMCs, suppliers, hotels, and airline partners ✔ Negotiate competitive rates and maintain supplier relationships ✔ Support sales teams with product knowledge and destination expertise ✔ Identify new travel trends and emerging destinations Candidate Profile ✔ 7+ years experience in Travel Product Development / Tour Packaging ✔ Strong knowledge of international destinations and supplier network ✔ Experience working with DMCs and international vendors ✔ Strong skills in costing, itinerary planning, and product strategy
