Roles & Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, job portals, cold outreach, referrals, and networking campaigns.
Conduct structured consultation calls to understand candidate background, visa status, career goals, and salary expectations.
Present and sell placement support services including resume optimization, interview training, and job marketing.
Use a consultative sales approach to identify pain points and position solutions effectively.
Convert prospects into paying clients and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
Handle objection management, negotiation, and deal closing independently.
Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up on pending balances.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track performance metrics (leads, conversions, revenue).
Build strong relationships with candidates to drive repeat business and referral sales.
Collaborate with recruiting/marketing teams to maximize candidate placements and upsell services.

Location: Satellite area, Ahmedabad (US Shift)
