Job Summary

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, for our projects. The role requires hands-on experience in procurement processes, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities including vendor identification, RFQs, negotiations, and purchase orders - Coordinate with project, engineering, and site teams to ensure timely material availability - Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers - Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply chain efficiency - Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and cost controls - Track deliveries, resolve supply issues and manage documentation - Support cost optimization and vendor performance evaluation

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE)

Experience & Skills Required

- 3–5 years of experience in procurement roles - Experience in the solar industry is preferred but not mandatory - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills - Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain operations - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems - Strong communication and coordination skills
